I provide individual therapy and work with adults and older adolescents to address a wide range of concerns. I pride myself on being easy-going and compassionate and believe in genuine connection and rapport to facilitate growth. I utilize humor, warmth, and empathy in therapy to foster therapeutic connections. I am committed to helping individuals from all backgrounds live healthy and purpose-driven lives.
I enjoy working with clients during phase-of-life transitions including starting college, having children, and living with loss, as well as other stress-inducing adjustments. I find it rewarding to facilitate skill-building in mindfulness, assertiveness, self-compassion, and cognitive flexibility.
I value evidence-based treatments (EBT) and have received extensive training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Habit Reversal Training (HRT). Additionally, I have a sub-specialty in Women’s Health, specifically in treating Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs).
I specialize in and have successfully treated:
I graduated from La Salle University where I received my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. I completed practicum rotations at the Center for Cognitive Therapy at UPenn and Thomas Jefferson University’s OB/GYN Counseling Center. My Predoctoral Internship was at APA-accredited Center for Women’s Emotional Wellness at Christiana Care. Additionally, I completed a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at the CBT Center for Anxiety & OCD.
