We have years of experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma and bipolar disorder. We also help clients with stress reduction, grief, chronic health issues and reproductive health concerns.
We address relationship issues including marital and family concerns, infidelity, codependency, managing conflict at home and work, parenting, and enhancing intimacy. Relationship work often centers on improving interpersonal skills, empathy, emotion management, and communication.
We support our clients to be who they really want to be, helping them grow in self-confidence and live authentically with integrity. We address self-esteem issues, body image concerns, spirituality, and identity development, including sexual identity concerns. Our work helps people feel better about themselves and is affirming and respectful.
We have specialists who assess and treat eating disorders, including anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating. Our comprehensive services include individual and family therapy, workshops, and consultation. We work in collaboration with physicians and nutritionists to provide comprehensive care. To help raise awareness and reduce stigma, we are active in the National Alliance for Eating Disorders.
We have a great deal of experience helping people find their way through life transitions such as marriage, separation, divorce, parenting, and loss. People also seek our help with retirement, adjusting to college, career changes, and more.
We offer both in-person and telehealth services.
In all we do, our goal is to provide personalized services in a private, confidential environment. We treat a wide variety of concerns and respect each person as an individual whose perspectives and goals depend on many factors such as age, life experience, sexual orientation, cultural background, gender identity and spiritual beliefs.
