This stress reduction workshop teaches simple, effective ways to create and restore balance. Participants learn stress reduction practices including breath-work, relaxation, and meditation that promote calm, focus, resilience, health, and healing.
The Basics of Mindfulness
In this two hour workshop participants learn about mindfulness and are also guided through the actual practice of mindfulness meditation and other exercises. Participants learn how to practice mindfulness at home and how to begin weaving this approach into daily life. Kris presents this workshop at businesses and other organizations.

Perinatal OCD
Perinatal OCD is when an individual experiences unwanted, intrusive thoughts and compulsions that usually center around the safety or health of their baby. This group is a 4-week psychoeducation group that helps attendees understand what perinatal OCD is, how to cope with it, as well as the fundamentals of treatment. This group is appropriate for individuals who either have an OCD diagnosis or are concerned they might and are in the perinatal timeframe.

Mindfulness for Our Clients and Ourselves: Concepts, Benefits and Practices
This is an experiential and interactive continuing education workshop for psychologists, social workers, counselors and therapists. In this continuing ed, Kris Bronson, Ph.D. presents an overview of mindfulness concepts, benefits, and practices, and teaches many ways to apply mindfulness practices in therapy. Participants learn how to bring mindfulness to their role as therapists as well as into daily life.
