I offer individual therapy for adolescents and adults struggling with a variety of issues. I use a client-centered approach while being both direct and sensitive to your concerns. I pull from multiple therapeutic frameworks including Humanistic, Cognitive-Behavioral, Family Systems, Mindfulness, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and Attachment Theory.
I particularly enjoy working with adolescents and eating disorders and subscribe to the Health At Every Size and intuitive eating approaches. I also work with adults with eating disorders, disordered eating and body dysmorphia.
Throughout my almost 20 years of practice, I have also worked with people simply looking to make changes in their relationships, either with the people in their lives or within themselves. We will work together in overcoming hardships and loss to improve your quality of life and make positive changes. I know it takes courage and strength to start therapy so I aim to meet you wherever you are in your journey and focus on the changes you wish to make in this process.
